eMobile signs final definitive documents for the capital alliance with TBS
eAccess to invest an additional 15 billion yen to eMobile

eMobile Ltd., a subsidiary of eAccess Ltd. signed the final definitive documents for the capital alliance with Tokyo Broadcasting System, Inc. (Headquarter: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President, Hiroshi Inoue, hereinafter called "TBS") following from the announcement made on August 31, 2005.
Together with the TBS capital alliance transaction, eAccess also announced today to invest an additional 15 billion yen into eMobile Ltd in convertible preferred shares.
After the capital injection from the above transactions, eMobile's total capital amount will reach a total 55.35 billion yen (capital shares: 27.825 billion yen). eAccess' ownership of eMobile will be 84.4%.
